Our experience assures you that we will be able to handle any tax return, from the simplest
to the most complex, including out-of-state returns. We are members of the Better
Business Bureau, National Association of Tax Practitioners, National Society of Tax
Professionals, American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, and the New Orleans Regional
Chamber of Commerce.

We prepare all returns in-house. Many tax returns are completed within 1 hour, which means that you do not have to come back to pick up your completed tax return.
3. Accurate
We guarantee that your tax return will be completed accurately through our double-check system, based on all the information that you provided for the preparation.
4. Open All Year Long
We do not close after April 15, like some firms, but are here to assist you if you should receive a letter during the year from the IRS or any other governmental agency. For a reasonable fee, we can assist you in answering any letter or represent you at a tax audit. Just call for an appointment.
5. Convenient Hours and Access
During tax season (Jan 15th - Apr 15th) we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. Our normal business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. While we would love to see you in person, if you just can't make it in, we will gladly accept your tax information vie e-mail, fax, or regular mail.
6. Knowledgeable
Unlike many of our competitors, the owner of this firm is knowledgeable in the tax laws. He continues his education each and every year and keeps up with all tax law changes. We maintain a current, complete tax law library.
7. Reasonable Preparation Charges
We charge a reasonable fee for our preparation service. Unlike our competitors, we want your return business year after year. We provide fast, accurate, and quality work at a reasonable price.
8. Customer Service and Treatment
At our firm, you are not a number but a client. We serve you with the respect and dignity that you deserve. We look for every legal deduction to maximize refunds or minimize tax due.
9. Confidentiality of Your Records
Your tax information is not shared with anyone regardless of their relationship, and is treated in the most confidential manner possible. We give a copy of your tax return only to you.
10. Fast Electronic Tax Filing and/or Tax Refund Loans
We can file your tax return electronically (refund received by you in 2 to 2½ weeks) even if you bring in your own completed tax return. We can also obtain a fast tax refund loan for you in 2 to 3 days. Our fee can be deducted from the refund. We also accept a check for payment (with proper ID), or Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card for payment of any tax preparation fee.
