Need help with New Orleans flood recovery? Resource center opens this week

A flood recovery resource center is being set up this week to provide residents and business owners who suffered damage from the Aug. 5 flood with access to information and resources.

A National Flood Insurance Program specialist will be available to answer questions, and several community organizations will share information on services available to the public.

The flood recovery resource center will be hosted at the Corpus Christi Community Resource Center, 2200 St. Bernard Ave., (enter at the corner of North Galvez and Onzaga streets) during the following days and times:
